Participants will learn how the actions of the 2010 legislature will impact employees
Participants will have hands-on skill building in developing effective bargaining proposals
Participants will share effective strategies for achieving a strong collective bargaining agreement
Participants will learn how to use bargaining to enhance organizational effectiveness, including building membership, building relationships and building a local communication system.
